ImPulse of Change
Friday, July 31, 2026, marks the start of the Lausitz Biennale
with an opening reception in Werenzhain.
Doors open at 2:00 p.m.; the program begins at 3:30 p.m.
From July 31 through August 16, I will be presenting my audiovisual installation *Rhythm & Flow* in the barn at the Atelierhof Werenzhein.
Live performance with visuals, minimalist rhythms, and Taiko on
August 15: 3:00 p.m.
August 16: 5:00 p.m.
Art creates spaces, and spaces create art.
The protagonists are the elements of wood, water, and fire. It’s about forces that act upon us, that we try to direct, that create and dissolve structures.
It’s also about illusions and a play on the dream of nature and rural idyll. The venue is a former feudal estate and tavern. where things come into flow.

August 16 also marks the closing event for the Atelierhof Werenzhain section,featuring workshops, performances, and an artist talk,
the latter at 3:00 p.m.
